Meet Denny...

Denny is a passionate fitness and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals of all ages and abilities. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NCCA-accredited NCSF, a Senior Fitness Specialist, and a Level 2 Adaptive Special Needs Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through Strong Education.

Through F-I-TLife, Denny offers personal training, small group sessions, Zumba® dance fitness, strength training, and inclusive group classes designed to meet people where they are.

Inspired by her Latin heritage and lifelong love of music and dance, Denny brings energy and joy to every class. Her passion for movement deepened after a life-changing car accident in 2004, when she relearned to walk, hike, and dance within six months. This experience shaped her belief in the power of focus, resilience, and holistic wellness.

A licensed Zumba® instructor since 2007, Denny has worked extensively with adults 55+ and has partnered with senior communities, government agencies, nonprofits, and corporate organizations throughout Maryland and the DC area.

Now based in Fruitland Park, Florida, Denny continues teaching both in-person and virtual classes in senior communities, helping clients stay active, confident, and connected.

Denny lives by the mantra "Focus Is Transformational" and emphasizes that true change begins with an internal shift. Before any outward transformation can occur, we must recognize that we have the power to choose health, regardless of size. Denny specializes in creating mind, body, and spirit programs that empower participants to transform their lives by shifting their focus from what they don’t want to what they envision their ideal life to be. This transformation is made possible through the variety of classes she offers, coupled with the motivation her students experience when they commit to getting F-I-T with Denny
