CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CardioF-I-T - a cardio focused fusion of exercises to get the heart rate pumping - created by Denny for those who want to focus on increasing their overall cardio endurance.  For seniors and special needs this class is modified to seated  and uses lower intensity moves to accommodate all abilities

​

Total BodyF-I-T - a total body conditioning class created by Denny for clients that want to challenge themselves in their fitness journey and experience impressive results. NO TWO CLASSES ARE THE SAME -Each class varies from the previous and ends with a relaxing affirmation meditation session. (HITT, Strength and Cardio Training) - For seniors and special needs this class is modified to seated  and uses resistance bands as well as lower intensity

Balance/StretchF-I-T - a total body balance, stretch and functional fitness program using your own body weight designed to support improvement on ADL's and range of motion. 

​

FunctionallyF-I-T - Functional fitness is a type of exercise that supports your everyday life. Class includes strength, balance/coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility exercises. No equipment needed - using your own body weight this class is designed to support improvement on ADL's and range of motion.

​

Cardio-KickF-I-T - a total body class that combines cardio and kickboxing movements with music. You will use jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like—all engaging both your lower and upper body.

​

StrengthF-I-T - a total body strength training class developed to support core, upper, and lower body strength and mobility

​

DrumF-I-T - a total body workout using music and movement" banging on the drum" using drumsticks and every day household items! 

​

Zumba Basic - a Latin inspired dance fitness program that incorporates salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, reggaeton and many other international rhythms! 

​

Zumba Gold - a Zumba class tailor made for the active senior or true beginner

​

Aqua Zumba - the moves you love making a splash in the water! 

​

Zumba Toning / Zumba Gold Toning - all the things you love about Zumba(R) just at a slower pace to allow for 1-2lb weights to be used throughout class!

PERSONAL TRAINING SCHEDULE & RATES

Individualized personal training sessions are available by appointment. 

New clients receive an initial F-I-TAssessment that will include a conversation about goals, prior exercise experiences, any injury or health concerns and a functional fitness assessment.  Sessions sold in 4, 8 or 12 packs.

Rates: 
- 60min 1:1 - $60

- 45min 1:1 - $45
- 30min 1:1 - $30

​

Two people training together

- 60min 2:1 - $70  --  ($35 each for 60min session)

- 45min 2:1 - $80 --  ($40 each for 45 minutes)

- 30min 2:1 - $40 -- ($20 each for 30min session)

​

Small Group Personal Training - (3-5 people)

- 60min - $15 each

- 45min - $12 each

- 30min - $10 each

In addition to our Live Interactive Virtual classes, F-I-TLife also offers in-person classes at various residential communities and corporate facilities throughout Maryland.
